Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and the costs of arbitration shall be borne by the party bringing the claim. Each party shall be responsible for their own legal fees and expenses. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Governing Law
